Faermark Sergey:

Faermark Sergey: "grabber", “looking” and "servant of the people." PART 2

CONTINUED. BEGINNING: Sergey Faermark: “grabber”, “looking” and “servant of the people”. PART 1.

Jewish sect Chabad reliably continues to gut Ukraine

In 2004, Fairmark became Acting Director of Khartsyzsk OJSC Silur (the second Ukrainian manufacturer of ropes), which was merged with Stalkanatom LLC in PrJSC PA Stalkanat-Silur. Who became the exclusive producer of cable products in Ukraine, under the complete control of Fairmark, Nemirovsky, Rodina and Becker. All the territories and buildings of the Odessa plant, estimated at 10 million hryvnia (at a real cost of at least 100 million, at 2001 prices) became the property of Stalkanat-Silur, which was then combined with Rodland and Becker with the Stalmetiz enterprise. Most of them were used for production, while the rest were leased to commercial structures, including their own firms: Ecology LLC, Parus LLC, Most-Met PKF, Alimar PE, Dis Company PE, LLC "Manar", JSC "Odesnefteprodukt", CJSC "Evarmet", CJSC "Rezon".

It is known that in 2004 OJSC Silur in Khartsyzsk generously ceded Firemark and Nemirovsky the main oligarch of Donbass, Rinat Akhmetov, who considered this enterprise not to be too important for himself. But then, a few years later, either Akhmetov himself, or Yury Ivanyushchenko laid eyes on Khartsyzsk and Odessa cable plants. At least, this is how Faermark and Nemirovsky explained the sudden “hitting” of the prosecutor’s office on their enterprise that occurred in February 2012.

Then the prosecutors, with the support of security officials of the Organized Crime Control Department, conducted searches at the plant itself (in the office of the office), as well as in the apartments of its leaders. Firemark, Nemirovsky and Shemyakin were “sewn” by articles 191-5 (appropriation of property on a particularly large scale) and 218 (fictitious bankruptcy) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In addition, the prosecutor`s office received data from the NSU, which allowed it to start an investigation on suspicion of concealing profits and concealing from paying taxes. The case smelled of roast: Shemyakin was arrested immediately, but Faermark and Nemirovsky received a warning from familiar security officials, so that on the day of the searches they were already in Tel Aviv. Nemirovsky rented a room at the Sheraton Hotel, Faermark settled down on a nearby street. Moreover, they brought with them their families too! We emphasize: this was the second time when Firemark and Nemirovsky fled with their families (the first time from Krivoy Rog), and this time the reason was already completely obvious. By the way, this flight to Tel Aviv revealed the fact that they have a second citizenship (Israeli).

Due to the fact that both of them were deputies of the Odessa Regional Council from the opposition “Front of Changes”, and Nemirovsky was even the chairman of his regional organization, they immediately turned for support to the bloc leader Arseniy Yatsenyuk. And they immediately received it, since Nemirovsky already had a reputation as a “Yatsenyuk wallet”. Here it should be noted that, according to SKELET-info, Fairmark, as a business partner and Nemirovsky`s associate, was also the same wallet - he simply kept himself in the shadow of his companion.

The entire leadership of the Front for Changes, including Arseniy Yatsenyuk personally, joined the defense of Firemark and Nemirovsky, and Gennady Moskal took an active part in the matter. The affair was immediately given a political touch. At first, Nemirovsky declared that Stalkanat was trying to take Ivan Avramov away from him, known as "looking across Odessa" from Yury Ivanyushchenko. At the same time, the entire “Front for Change” insisted that this was a political attack on the bloc in the run-up to the elections. In addition, Nemirovsky asked for protection from unknown patrons outside Ukraine, and there is information that the issue was resolved through Chabad and its ties to the United States. In general, after two months, all the charges against them were dropped, and Fairmark with Nemirovsky triumphantly returned to Odessa.

“Looking” for ports and amber schemes

For his defense in the Stalkanat case, Faermark and Nemirovsky were well “cast off” to Yatsenyuk’s party ticket office, so he provided them with the passage number 39 on the list of the united Batkivshchyna bloc. Lucky ticket Nemirovsky lost to his companion, and he remained in Odessa "on the farm." He missed a short time: we repeat that in the spring of 2014 Turchinov appointed him governor, and if Nemirovsky had not lit up so much on the events of May 2 (to which he had a direct relationship), he could manage the region even longer. Faermark in the parliament was attached to the first deputy of the Committee on Industrial and Investment Commission, and also entered the privatization commission - which allowed him to continue to control “problematic privatizations” and not only protect his own, but also participate in the raider seizure of someone else. But in the Rada itself, he appeared rarely, only on personal matters, and he remembered there with his Franck Muller Long Island 1000SC watch worth 15 thousand dollars.

While the parliamentary opposition was struggling with the regime of Yanukovich, Faermark was engaged in a more important thing for himself - he took control of the ports of Odessa. He really got this job after the second Maidan, since the entourage of the new Prime Minister Yatsenyuk gained, among other things, control over the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. At that time, they appointed Maxim Burbak, who was close to Yatsenyuk, as much as Igor Kononenko was close to Petro Poroshenko. In just six months, Burbak spread such a monstrous corruption that it has not been possible to eradicate it completely. In addition to appointing his people to key posts, Bourbach set up his “watchers” everywhere - and one of them was Sergey Faermark, who received the ports of Odessa at the mercy.

Бурбак Максим
Maxim Burbak

Firemark continued to control the ports after the parliamentary elections of the fall of 2014, under the new infrastructure minister, Pivovarov. This was due to the fact that Firemark carried out its corrupt activities through Yuriy Vaskov, in 2013 appointed by the chairman of the SE "Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine" (AMPU). According to the information available to SKELET-info, after the second Maidana, Faermark and Burbak helped Vaskov to remain in this position as acting, and in March 2015, he was dismissed for him as deputy minister of infrastructure responsible for the ports. In exchange, Vaskov had to fulfill the “requests” that Faermark was reporting to him.

The fact that Firemark "solves questions" in the ports and takes bribes for it, then another deputy infrastructure minister, Vladimir Schulmeister, said bluntly, telling that Maxim Burbak personally brought him to Firemark.

“Communicate with businessmen. I, by the nature of last year’s activities, talked a lot with businessmen. Any problem that they have in the ports is refused to be resolved until this solution is agreed with Firemark. Faermark is making money for it”, - explainedSchulmeister.

Interestingly, now Schulmeister has attached himself to the Zelensky team, where Faermark has soaped himself, while Bourbach is a fierce opponent of the new president of Ukraine. But this is understandable: the Popular Front split, the Avakov group, which includes Firemark, supported Zelensky, while the group of Yatsenyuk was left behind.

But back to the port of Odessa "South". At the end of 2016, a major corruption scandal flared up around him, barely extinguished by the joint efforts of the Popular Front, but not forgotten by journalists. What happened? A tender for dredging was announced, the size of the fund is a billion hryvnia! And here Sergey Faermark was coaxing at them. To implement the scheme, he drew his “team” consisting of: Yuriy Nakonechny (Acting Chairman of the AUPP), Viktor Migalatyuk (Deputy Chairman of the AIPS for Security), Maxim Shirokov (Head of the Yuzhny Port) and his personal financial assistant Alexander Lazanyuk. These people contributed to the fact that the tender for the work was won by the firm “Jan De Nul”. And here with “revelations” to the tribune, “Pravdorub” got out, Sergey Leshchenko, who actually only lobbied for the interests of the Van Oord company that lost the competition, but, nevertheless, laid out the scandalous truth.

First, it turned out that “Jan De Nul” won the competition with violations, because it offered a higher price (989 million hryvnias) than the other participant (901 million). And secondly, the winner of the competition was not the famous Belgian company, but its subsidiary of the same name, opened in Ukraine specifically for this tender, and having a curious composition of shareholders - which included the Cyprus offshore firms Medit Consortium and Havoret Investments ( the second violation of the law), and also ... Sergey Faermark! Which, apparently, received its share as a “kickback” for lobbying the interests of the company. He even managed to appoint his former assistant Andrei Rozov as director of the Ukrainian representative office of the company.

The scandal came out loud, the tender was canceled (as a result, the new tender won from China), the Ukrainian office of Jan De Nul was searched and the supporting documents were seized. Because of this, Fairmark has lost its status of “looking” at the ports of Odessa, because people who had been placed at one time by Bourbach and Vaskov lost their positions. But on the other hand, Faermark got off with a slight fright - his fellow party members again defended him, and Anton Gerashchenko tried most of all, who in the heat of the day “say” that Cyprus is not an offshore zone, which means that the law was not violated! It is strange that such nonsense was “wiped out” by an adviser to the Minister of the Ministry of Interior. We also note that Gerashchenko is Avakov’s trusted person, which means that even then Faermark was a member of his group.

But for the support of Avakov`s group, it was necessary to pay something (and to deduct something to the synagogues, too), and in search of new sources of income, Faermark turned to the extraction of amber. In this he was helped by the people`s deputies from the “Deputy Control” group, Maxim Polyakov and Vitaly Kupriy, who Faermark also used in his last attack in the war for control of ports. In particular, they organized a noisy company against the new infrastructure minister Vladimir Omelyan, trying to shift responsibility for corruption in the port of Yuzhny to him. And when Omelyan appointed Latvian Raivis Vezkagans as the head of the USPA (this was the beginning of the AMPU sweep from the people of Fakrmark-Burbaka), Polyakov accused him of collaborating with a Russian company. In general, the fight was dirty and tough.

However, then Polyakov himself became the object of a criminal investigation on the so-called. the case of "amber deputies", together with the scandalous Borislav Rosenblat. Both were deprived of parliamentary immunity and arrested in the summer of 2017, and then this scandal still harbored the weakening hope of Ukrainians that the fight against corruption in Ukraine is not an empty phrase. Hope did not come true: Rosenblat and Polyakov eventually came out on bail, and their case died down. But what is most interesting, they did not testify against yet another person involved in the case of “amber deputies” - Sergey Faermark, who was called the author of the schemes for which access to amber mining was distributed for “kickbacks”. And not only schemes: in February 2017, a group of people`s deputies from Odessa (Faermark, Chekita, Deidey, Golubov, Fursin, Presman, Kivalov, etc.) together did not vote for the bill on the extraction of amber, thereby failing it and retaining the prevailing sphere of corruption chaos.

As a result, Faermark once again stayed in the shadows, covered by Avakov. And now, with the help of Avakov, to whom Zelensky and his main sponsor Kolomoisky owed a lot for helping in time for the elections, Faermark may well be re-elected to the Rada on the list of the “Servant of the People” party. Or, at least, under her flags in one of the major constituencies of Odessa - since the deputies did not want to change the electoral system to fully party members. Maybe if everyone suddenly forgot who Sergey Faermark was and what he was famous for.
