Jewish sect Chabad reliably continues to gut Ukraine
After the announcement of early parliamentary elections, some odious representatives of the old government are trying to find a place in the new one. They are already clinging to the handrails of the political train “The Servant of the People”, searching for and buying a place in its cars. Among others, Sergey Faermark intends to settle down there - a scandalous corrupt official from the “Popular Front”, formerly known as “Yatsenyuk’s wallet”, and now backed up with “Avakov’s wallet”.
According to media reports, the so-called party will join the Zelensky party, which has a chance to win more than 30% of the vote. Arsen Avakov`s group, which includes people`s deputies of the NF Anton Gerashchenko, Alexander Kirsh, Yevgeny Deydey and Sergey Fairmark.
Krivoy Rog Odessa
For many years known as Odessa, Farmark Sergey Aleksandrovich was born on March 14, 1962 in Krivoy Rog. There he graduated from high school number 73, and then entered the Krivoy Rog Mining Institute (now part of Krivoy Rog National University), where he studied from 1979 to 1984 with a degree in civil engineering. And then for three years he worked as a master for the installation of steel pipes in the SU-125 trust of Krivorozhstalkonstruktsiya.
Judging by his biography, he did not serve in the army, and in fact it was very difficult to “retract” from her at that time. Apparently, his parents were frightened by the prospect that their son would be a member of the construction battalion in Afghanistan, and they tried not to let that happen. Interestingly, in November 2013, Sergey Faermark, being a people`s deputy from “Batkivschyna”, introduced to the parliament the bill number 3533, which would significantly reduce the punishment for evading military obligations. Instead of criminal liability, Faermark offered to limit the punishment of conscripts hiding from the military enlistment office with a fine of 5,100-,6,800 hryvnia (one and a half of the average monthly salary). This bill was a real gift for Putin and Girkin, because in just four months the well-known events began in the Crimea, and then in the Donbas. And if the Firemark bill was adopted, then the mobilization could well have failed. Fortunately for Ukraine, they did not have time to consider the bill, and a year later Faermark called it away from sin. There are vague suspicions: it is known that the operation on the annexation of the Crimea was prepared in advance, wasn’t the Fairmark’s bill part of Putin’s plan?
However, this was not the only dubious initiative from People`s Deputy Faermark. In January 2014, he appealed to the Cabinet of Ministers with a request to pay to the budget expenses for the payment of pensions to 32 thousand former citizens of Ukraine who emigrated to Israel. However, there Faermark even referred to the interstate agreements of Ukraine and Israel. But why is the people`s deputy of Ukraine so excited by the retirement benefits of the Israelis? The answer is obvious: Sergey Faermark is a born Jew. Nationality opened the door for him in Chabad, and already there he became close to influential people who helped him make a career as a businessman and people`s deputy. First of all, it is Vladimir Nemirovsky, with whom Firemark was familiar from his studies at the institute.
From 1984 to 1996, Sergey Aleksandrovich first worked in the specialty of construction departments, and then in the sinter shop of the Krivoy Rog Mining and Processing Division, having reached the position of head of the site of capital repairs of economic resources. And then suddenly, on the basis of this workshop, Krivbasrudremont OJSC emerged, in 1996 Faermark became the main marketing specialist. A year later, he became deputy director for economics at the Kirov Municipal Administration, which is part of the Central Mining and Processing Division. This rapid career jump by Firemark coincided with three events: he became an active member of the Jewish community, privatization of mining enterprises began in Krivoy Rog, and Vladimir Nemirovsky was appointed chairman of the supervisory board of Krivorozhsky Central Ore Repair Plant OJSC.
Vladimir Nemirovsky
Nemirovsky is an extremely scandalous person. This raider and the author of many shadow schemes moved to Odessa together with Firemark when they, together with the bank Yuri Rodina "Pivdenny", took control of the Odessa cable plant. In 2009, according to SKELET-info, Nemirovsky, as well as Firemark, became an associate of Arseniy Yatsenyuk. In 2012, Nemirovsky, over which the clouds thickened, publicly stated that the police and the prosecutor`s office are his personal enemies. In the spring of 2014, by the decree of Turchinov, Nemirovsky was appointed chairman of the Odessa Regional State Administration. He worked there for only two months, and managed to become famous for the tragic events of May 2, after which he publicly supported the crackdown on Odessa Antimaydan, calling the actions Ultras legitimate. This caused such a negative response that in a few days Nemirovsky was removed from office.
However, such rumors also circulated about his quick resignation: allegedly Nemirovsky wanted to continue the “cleansing” of Odessa with the hands of “ultras” and radicals in order to deal with his rivals and opponents, first of all with the clan of Angret-Trukhanov, on this wave. It was necessary for the seizure of all power in the city, since there were local elections on the nose, and for the subsequent redistribution of business and flows and Odessa. But this threatened a new wave of unrest, fraught with the emergence of another front, and Nemirovsky was replaced by Igor Palitsa, a trusted person of Kolomoisky. In which the “struggle against the separatists” in Odessa was entrusted to the SBU (Semotka, Gritsak), and the “patriots” began to seize enterprises for “Privat” (the Odessa refinery and others).
With all this, Nemirovsky remained for many years one of the leaders of the Krivoy Rog Jewish community and the head of the local Jewish businessmen’s foundation (at the local branch of Chabad), replenishing it with Odessa money — which was used to build a synagogue and a Jewish school in Krivoy Rog. Well and, perhaps, it is worth noting that all the same “Chabad” connects Nemirovsky and Faermark with Kolomoisky - which means that you can continue to stretch the chain to Vladimir Zelensky.
How to steal a rope factory
In Odessa, Sergey Faermark and Vladimir Nemirovsky were in 2001, during the "wringing out" of the local rope plant. And a year before that, on December 21, 2000, Sergey Faermark, a graduate civil engineer and deputy director, suddenly turned into bankers - and headed the territorial non-balance branch of the UkrSibBank branch in Krivoy Rog. Not for long, just a few months. But behind this short line in the biography of Firemark lies a whole page of the history of the great Ukrainian "grappling".
Yaroslavsky Alexander
In the period 1998-2000 Krivoy Rog mining and processing plants began to take in his hands the Kharkov oligarch Alexander Yaroslavsky, who inherited UkrSibBank from his father-in-law Alexander Maselsky. Combines have become one of his "investments", so to speak. The fact is that, according to SKELET-info, this was not an honest privatization, even if for a penny, but a fraudulent takeover of enterprises through their bankruptcy schemes, followed by management and ransom for debts. The constituent parts of these schemes were the firms through which enterprises were bankrupted, and the banks that provided enterprises with loans, by which enterprises were driven into debt. The most simple, classical scheme: products are sold through a commercial firm, which takes all the profits, and the company pays its expenses with bank loans issued against the pledge of property or shares. More complex schemes included many firms, including guarantors of loans, with the subsequent transfer and redemption of debts - so it would be very difficult to find the culprit later.
According to the sources of SKELET-info, Fairmark and Nemirovsky were directly related to such firms. Not being able to buy the enterprises of their native Krivoy Rog themselves, they helped them to “grab” to others. And the short banking career of Faermark in UkrSibBank was part of one of these schemes: Yaroslavsky opened a special branch of his bank in Krivoy Rog, setting the main Firemark there, and in a few months turned out the schemes in which he and Nemirovsky had participated.
And then the companions implemented another scheme, during which they became co-owners and leaders of the Odessa Rope Plant, the city’s oldest enterprise. By the end of the 90s, this plant, transformed into Stalkanat by its workforce, was already in debt, and part of its shares belonged to SigmaBleyzer, created by Jews Lev and Mikhail Blazer, who had emigrated to the United States, and from Kharkov, Valeriy Dema. In the first half of the 90s, Blazers had the support of Viktor Pinzenyk, and therefore bought up quite a lot of shares of various enterprises, but did not have the funds for their development. The rope factory had many debts, including to Krivorozhstal, which supplied it with raw materials. Why wire was bought at Krivorozhstal, and not at the Odessa Steel Rolling Plant, bought by Rodin and Becker, and transformed into ZAO Stalmetiz, was incomprehensible. But the next step Homeland and Becker was the acquisition of a rope factory. To do this, their bank Pivdenny issued a loan, which repaid Stalkanat’s debt to Krivorozhstal, and in return Rodin and Becker received a stake in the company (33.6%) from SigmaBleyzer. It remained only to seize the remaining shares of the plant.
To do this, they invited Faermark and Nemirovsky to Odessa, with whom they were familiar with the general metal export schemes in the mid-90s (Odessa was the main sea gate for the export of metal). And those suddenly had no other business in Krivoy Rog: they immediately moved to Odessa for permanent residence, with their families. It was like some kind of escape, as if Firemark and Nemirovsky were badly shaken in Krivoy Rog with their schemes around the GOK. Definitely the reason for this was compelling, but so far unknown.
Odessa judge Valentin Prodaevich
Arriving in Odessa, they were immediately placed at the head of OAO Stalkanat: Sergey Faermark occupied the chair of the general director, and Vladimir Nemirovsky the chairman of the board. And right there, in collusion with the former director of the plant, Leonid Shemyakin, the pursuit of the company began, with the simultaneous purchase of its shares from thousands of employees, and because of regular wage delays, people sold them for a penny. In 2002, the company “Stalkanat” LLC (director - Fairmark) appeared, which participated in the scheme of plant ruin, but the company “Tecom Trade”, owned by Nemirovsky, filed a lawsuit against the bankruptcy of OJSC “Stalkanat”. The case was handled by the judge of the Economic Court of Odessa region Valentin Prodaevich - one of the legends of Odessa corruption!
He was cleverly turned over: Nemirovsky, on behalf of Tekom Trade, filed a lawsuit, and Fairmark, as the head of Stalkanat, ignored court hearings, after which Prodeyevich made a decision in favor of Tekom Trade. Then this company Nemirovsky disappeared, and the plant took over OOO Stalkanat.
